Consort Group in Portugal is seeking a Cyber Security Senior Officer to lead risk identification, secure architectures, and security-by-design across cloud-native environments within financial services contexts.

You will collaborate with security leadership, IT delivery teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to embed security controls, conduct threat modelling, and define remediation roadmaps, while guiding teams across multi-cloud environments.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in cybersecurity with 4+ years in architecture or advisory roles.
• Experience in banking/financial services is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex security requirements into actionable guidance.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, assess, and prioritise cyber risks across IT projects and production environments.
• Design end-to-end security architectures for cloud, network, application, data, and multi-cloud.
• Develop security blueprints, reference architectures, and hardened baselines.
• Define and integrate security controls across cloud-native environments and IaC pipelines.
• Advise IT delivery teams, product owners, and business stakeholders on security-by-design principles.
• Conduct security assessments, threat modelling, and reviews of architecture deliverables.
• Define remediation roadmaps with clear recommendations to address gaps.
• Contribute to AI-enabled security solutions, risk scoring, and security-focused code analysis.
