Decskill is seeking a Cyber Security Senior Officer to join our team in Lisbon, driving risk assessment, cloud security, and security architecture initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure governance and regulatory compliance across complex IT environments.

Ideal candidates will have strong ISO 27000/27005/31000 knowledge, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to improving security processes.

Qualificações

• Experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT security architecture.
• Experience performing security risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Experience providing security advisory within enterprise IT environments.
• Experience reviewing technical solutions for compliance with security standards and governance requirements.
• Experience with cloud security initiatives and modern IT infrastructures.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27000 series, ISO 27005, and ISO 31000.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks across IT initiatives.
• Define and implement security architectures aligned with corporate security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Provide security guidance and advisory services to technical and business stakeholders.
• Review security deliverables to ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cybersecurity projects by assessing risks, defining security solutions, and recommending appropriate tools and processes.
• Perform in-depth security assessments and analyses of complex technical environments, focusing on cloud-based solutions.
• Develop security guidelines and ensure their consistent application across multiple IT systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security throughout the software development and project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes, methodologies, and governance.
• Leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve security processes and operational efficiency.
