Job summary

Alimentiv is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to manage site monitoring in Portugal and Spain from start-up to close-out. You will ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and high-quality study delivery across sites while mentoring junior CRAs.

We value strong regulatory knowledge, phase I–IV trial experience, and the ability to travel up to 60% as required by projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of relevant clinical research experience; 7–9 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Phase I–IV trials and site monitoring.
• Travel availability 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite and remote monitoring across Portugal and Spain.
• Ensure sites comply with ICH-GCP and regulations.
• Act as primary contact for investigative sites.
• Review trial data and source documents for quality and integrity.
• Support site selection, activation and recruitment.
• Provide mentorship to CRA I and II and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist with audits, Investigator Meetings and project activities.
