Job Overview

Essential Functions

• Analyze and model large, complex healthcare datasets using statistical and quantitative techniques
• Apply mathematical and statistical models to:
  • Identify key drivers and relationships
  • Evaluate the impact of changing market or clinical conditions
  • Forecast trends and outcomes
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights for internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the design and execution of custom research studies, including analysis, interpretation, and synthesis of results
• Support the development and publication of research findings, reports, and presentations
• Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related technical or quantitative field
• Strong passion for analytics, data-driven problem solving, and research
• Working knowledge of analytics and statistical programming tools such as Python or R
• Experience applying statistical techniques including:
  • Machine learning models
  • Clustering and segmentation
  • Time-series analysis
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical insights into business-relevant conclusions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
