Job summary
ROOTKey is seeking an experienced Infrastructure/DevOps engineer to design, build, and operate our cloud-native and blockchain/DLT infrastructure in Lisbon, Portugal. You will own Kubernetes-based deployment pipelines, IaC, and observability across services, ensuring uptime and security.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering experience.
- Hands-on with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/OVH/GCP) and Kubernetes.
- Experience operating blockchain/DLT infrastructure (node management) is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure security, monitoring, and incident response.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/OVH/Cloudflare/GCP) supporting production, staging and blockchain/DLT node environments
- Own Kubernetes-based deployment pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and observability across services
- Operate and harden blockchain/DLT node infrastructure for uptime, security and performance
- Define and enforce infrastructure security best practices in partnership with the Compliance team
- Build for resilience: on-call readiness, disaster recovery, and incident response
- Continuously improve deployment speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency
