Decskill, an IT consulting company with more than 10 years of consolidated experience, is growing and looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer (GCP) for a project with a hybrid working model in Porto. You will design, develop, and maintain Google Cloud Platform architectures, lead scalable and secure cloud initiatives, and optimize cloud networking.

The role requires hands-on GCP experience, Terraform, Kubernetes (GKE), and collaboration with cross-functional teams, with mentorship responsibilities.

Qualificações

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification - mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform.
• Experience leading and managing technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; technical leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Lead the implementation of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions.
• Manage and optimize cloud networking architectures.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Work with containerized environments, particularly Kubernetes, preferably Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust and high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
• Ensure best practices in cloud security, governance, and cost optimization.
• Work with version control systems such as GitHub.

We would like to meet a Senior Cloud Engineer (GCP) for a project with a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Experience with Apigee, Google's API management platform.
