Decskill, a growing IT consulting company, seeks a senior software engineer for enterprise-grade apps in a hybrid setting. You will develop robust Java-based backends with Spring Boot, build scalable Angular front-ends, and deploy microservices on Google Cloud.

You will collaborate in an Agile team, implement RESTful services, and guide juniors while driving performance, security, and quality across cloud-native platforms.

Qualificações

• At least 6 years of experience in software development with enterprise-grade apps.
• Deep proficiency in Java (17/21) and OOP, design patterns, and clean code.
• Strong Spring Boot (3.x), Spring Cloud, Maven and Git knowledge.
• 6+ years of experience with Angular (latest versions preferred).
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with CI/CD: Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release.
• Knowledge of Microservices and SQL databases (Oracle).
• Nice to have NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including Spanner/Cloud Storage.
• CI/CD & Serverless: Cloud Build, Cloud Functions.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum/Kanban and Jira. Proficiency mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key technical reference and participate in the Agile development team through the full SDLC.
• Design, develop, and maintain testable, scalable, high-quality code.
• Architect and implement user-friendly, high-performance Angular interfaces.
• Design, deploy, and manage cloud-native apps and microservices on GCP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship new features and improvements.
• Integrate secure APIs and ensure high-performance frontend-backend communication.
• Participate in code reviews, set coding standards, and maintain code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and profile apps to optimize performance and UX.
• Mentor junior/mid developers and promote continuous learning.
• Prepare, deliver, and automate platform releases in hybrid/cloud environments.

Integrate secure APIs and ensure seamless, high-performance communication between frontend, backend, and cloud services. Participate in code reviews, establish coding standards, and maintain high code quality standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and profile applications to optimize performance, scalability, and user experience. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously drive innovation and technical excellence within the team.

Prepare, deliver, track, and automate platform releases in hybrid/cloud environments, interacting proactively with other teams. Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
