Qualificações

• Doctorate or Master/PhD with industry experience in oncology drug development
• Experience leading cross-functional clinical teams in early development
• Strong communication and presentation skills to leadership committees

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on oversight of protocol execution and data quality in early phase trials
• Lead medical monitoring and assessment of subject-level data to identify trends and risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into study concepts and protocols
• Guide identification and management of CROs and external partners for key projects
• Contribute to clinical data interpretation and regulatory interactions as needed
