Grid Dynamics in Portugal seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead end-to-end discovery and delivery of a greenfield enterprise Azure Data Platform from scratch.

The role requires hands-on BSA/Technical PO experience on data-focused projects, with strong collaboration across business stakeholders and data engineers. You will translate requirements into actionable Agile stories and support Dev and QA teams throughout the lifecycle.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of hands-on BSA/Technical PO experience on data-focused projects.
• Greenfield data platform builds experience is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of Azure Data Services (ADF, Databricks, Synapse, Fabric).
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum, APIs, Relational DBs, Jira and Confluence.
• Strong diplomacy and stakeholder management in corporate environments.

Core Requirements

• 6+ years of hands‑on BSA / Technical PO experience on data‑focused projects.
• Proven track record on greenfield data platform builds (strongly preferred).
• Solid conceptual understanding of Azure Data Services (ADF, Databricks, Synapse, Fabric).
• Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum, APIs, Relational DBs, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong diplomacy and stakeholder management skills in corporate environments.

Nice‑to‑Have

• Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
