Grid Dynamics in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead the end-to-end discovery and delivery of a greenfield enterprise Azure Data Platform from scratch.

You will run discovery workshops, translate business needs into Agile user stories, and act as Technical Product Owner while bridging business and tech across corporate stakeholders and data engineers.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of hands-on BSA / Technical PO experience on data-focused projects.
• Experience with greenfield data platform builds is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Data Services (ADF, Databricks, Synapse, Fabric).
• Experience translating business needs into Agile user stories and documentation for Dev/QA teams.
• Excellent diplomacy and stakeholder management in corporate environments.

Responsibilities

Discovery & Facilitation

Run critical discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to uncover deep technical and business requirements.

Requirements Lifecycle

Translate business needs into clear, actionable Agile user stories and documentation for Dev and QA teams.

Technical PO Ownership

Act as a Technical Product Owner, proactively anticipating downstream technical questions and surfacing edge cases.

Bridge Business & Tech

Communicate seamlessly across corporate stakeholders and senior data engineers.

Core Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on BSA / Technical PO experience on data-focused projects.
• Proven track record on greenfield data platform builds (strongly preferred).
• Solid conceptual understanding of Azure Data Services (ADF, Databricks, Synapse, Fabric).
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, APIs, Relational DBs, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong diplomacy and stakeholder management skills in corporate environments.

Nice-to-Have

• Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
