Your role in our team
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development & Product Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and implementation of our Customer Service Product-Portfolio-Strategy and Product-Market-Strategy
- Harmonization and further development of the entire service portfolio and service contracts, with a focus on spare parts
- Development and implementation of spare parts pricing models and strategies to optimize sales and margins
- Supporting regions in analyzing market prices, taking into account the competitive environment, regions, and trends
- Creation of all marketing and sales documents for international service sales in the Business Unit
- Serving as the contact person for all (inter-)national service organizations of the Business Unit for Service Portfolio/Service Product Management, Spare Parts Management, and Service Sales
- Contributing to the development of the global service strategy
- Designing and implementing specific roll-out workshops and service sales briefings
- Preparing market and competitor analyses together with our regional Service organizations
Your profile
We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:
- A successfully completed commercial and/or technical degree or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Service Product Portfolio Management and Strategy, development and implementation of Service Strategy, Spare Parts Management and Pricing, harmonization of Service Products, Business Development (Go2Market), and driving key strategic initiatives
- Proven international work experience, experience in Customer Service/After Sales and Spare Parts Management (ideally in an industrial environment and/or the intralogistics sector), and a good technical understanding
- Strong strategic thinking, ability to understand and communicate complex topics to different stakeholders, strong understanding of numbers, analytical thinking skills, and a structured approach
- Open-minded and adaptive, resilient, results-oriented, empathetic, committed, and able to work independently
- Confident demeanor, excellent presentation and communication skills, team-oriented approach, diligence, and reliability
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and BI tools (Power BI)
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, with additional language skills (e.g., German) being a plus
