Qualificações

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial/reporting sector.
• Previous banking experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor IT activities and incidents.
• Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Propose innovative solutions to automate reporting workflows.
• Ensure service availability and follow-up on production requests.
• Validate product features with end users.
