Axians Portugal is seeking a seasoned Functional Analyst to join our team in the education sector, driving digital transformation of education services in Portugal. You will study the needs of educators, administrators, and healthcare professionals, then translate them into precise functional specifications for IT solutions.

You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet user needs, comply with regulatory standards, and deliver high-quality results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or Level 6 qualification is mandatory.
• +5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Strong communication skills to interact with professionals and stakeholders.
• Experience analyzing workflows and translating user needs into system requirements.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our team in the education sector. In this role, you'll help ensure our solutions meet the needs of educational institutions, teachers, students, and administrative teams, contributing to the improvement and digital transformation of education services in Portugal.

Project Scope:

You will be responsible for understanding and analysing the needs of healthcare professionals, identifying business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for IT solutions. You will collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure that healthcare systems align with user needs and regulatory standards.

What We Are Looking For:

• A functional analyst with a solid understanding of public processes and systems.
• Experience in analyzing workflows, translating user needs into system requirements, and managing project deliverables.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with professionals, stakeholders, and technical teams
• Required Experience: +5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.

Required Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification at Level 6 of the Portuguese National Qualifications Framework is mandatory.
• Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills within a team environment.
• Delivery: Focus on delivering high-quality, reliable results.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and end-users.
