Match Profiler, an Information Systems consultancy, is strengthening its client team with a Senior Blue Team Analyst & Team Leader. You will lead and mentor a 7-person Blue Team, coordinate detection, response and defense operations, and work hands-on with Splunk and TheHive.

Fluent English (C1) is required. We value proactive communicators, teamwork and time management, with a drive for continuous improvement.

• 5+ years of Blue Team / Defensive Security experience.
• Lead and mentor a 7-person Blue Team.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).

What we are looking for:

Hard Skills:

• Lead and mentor a 7-person Blue Team
• Coordinate detection, response, and defense operations
• Work hands-on with tools like Splunk and TheHive
• Ensure high-quality threat monitoring and incident response
• 5+ years of Blue Team / Defensive Security experience
• Strong experience with Splunk and incident response workflows
• Hands-on knowledge of TheHive
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
