Match Profiler, a Portugal-based information systems consultancy, is expanding its team with a Hybrid Porto Business Analyst role. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to gather requirements, model processes, and ensure delivery across the software lifecycle.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in BA/functional IT, strong SQL, Scrum experience, and excellent communication in English; knowledge of French is a plus. The role offers onboarding, feedback, and a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or functional IT support.
• Experience in Agile projects and collaboration with development teams.
• Experience with Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices.
• Experience with manual testing methodologies.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Ability to translate user requirements into clear user stories for developers.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or similar.
• Nice to have knowledge of automated testing tools.
• Proficient communication in English (B2).
• Knowledge of French is a plus.

Business Analyst (m/f) - Hybrid (Porto)

What we are looking for:

Hard skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst/ Functional Support in IT;
• Experience working in Agile projects and be able work with the development team across all the software development life cycle;
• Experience working with Scrum framework and their ceremonies projects;
• Experience working with Manual Testing methodologies;
• Good knowledge of SQL;
• Good knowledge of transforming user requirements into user stories for the development team;
• Good knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or similar;
• Nice to have knowledge of Automated Testing tools;
• Be communicative (English is mandatory – Level B2);
• Knowledge of the French language is a plus;
