Job summary

IG&H seeks a Senior Azure & Dynamics 365 Developer to design, build, and maintain cloud-native solutions for international clients. You will implement scalable architectures on Microsoft Azure, integrate with Dynamics 365, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple regions.

You will mentor colleagues, review code, and promote best practices in DevOps and cloud security. A strong background in C#/.NET and modern cloud patterns is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience developing software solutions in a professional environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including services such as App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs, and Storage Accounts.
• Solid development experience with C#/.NET (experience with Node.js or Python is a plus).
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, including repositories, pipelines, and release management.
• Good understanding of modern cloud architecture principles, including event-driven architectures, microservices, messaging and integration patterns, scalable and resilient design.
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Fluent English and confidence working in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications and services on Microsoft Azure.
• Build robust integrations and event-driven solutions using Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hubs (as a plus).
• Develop and customize solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA Engineers, Infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to solution architecture and help define best practices for cloud development.
• Ensure applications are scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performing.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot and optimize production systems in complex environments.
• Mentor junior team members, perform code reviews, and foster technical excellence within the team.
