Job summary

Salve.Inno Consulting is seeking a Senior AWS Platform Engineer to design, build and evolve production cloud platforms used by engineering teams at scale. This hands-on role covers AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Infrastructure as Code and platform engineering, taking ownership of cloud environments from design through production operation.

You will build reusable infrastructure and developer platforms, automate provisioning and delivery, improve reliability, observability and security, and help teams

Qualifications

• Strong experience with AWS in production environments.
• Hands-on Kubernetes/EKS platform design and operations.
• Proficiency with Terraform and IaC.
• Experience implementing GitOps workflows (ArgoCD/FluxCD).
• Solid CI/CD pipeline expertise (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Scripting in Python, Bash or Go for automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and evolve production AWS infrastructure.
• Operate Kubernetes/EKS platforms for production workloads.
• Create reusable infrastructure components and Terraform modules.
• Develop cloud foundations: networking, IAM, compute, storage, services.
• Implement GitOps delivery workflows and CI/CD automation.
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, security and observability.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across cloud and Kubernetes stacks.
• Contribute to incident response and disaster recovery planning.
