AUTODOC is expanding its Private Brand strategy across Europe and seeks a Category Manager to own a dedicated group of automotive spare parts. You will analyze commercial metrics, define product range strategies, and drive profitability with advanced analytics.

In this role you’ll conduct deep-dive data analysis, develop hypotheses, and collaborate across departments to hit annual budget targets. Strong Excel, PowerBI/Metabase skills and English proficiency are required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in category/product management within the aftermarket automotive spare parts sector, ideally in E‑commerce or omnichannel.
• Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel and Google Sheets usage.
• Experience in sales and purchasing planning with robust project management abilities.
• Excellent cross-functional communication; ability to manage multiple streams in a fast-paced setting.
• High level of proactivity and independence as a true business owner.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) for international collaboration; Bachelor's in business, supply chain, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee commercial plan and strategy for product assortment to fulfill annual targets.
• Conduct data analysis and detective work to monitor KPIs, investigate discrepancies, and take corrective actions.
• Formulate and test hypotheses using Excel tools and BI systems to identify growth opportunities and optimize category performance.
• Analyze brand and product mix to identify range gaps and sourcing opportunities.
• Consolidate data sources and build clear visualizations using PowerBI/Metabase for stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments to align on commercial goals and resolve blockers independently.
• Manage developer/analyst tasks by setting requirements and tracking deadlines.
