As our digital-first e-commerce platform continues to expand rapidly across Europe, we are focused on optimizing our product offerings to ensure maximum profitability and customer satisfaction. To support this continuous growth, we are refining our Private Brand (PB) strategy and strengthening commercial ownership across our product groups. We need strong category management expertise to analyze commercial metrics, build product range strategies, and unlock new revenue potential within our aftermarket portfolio.
To achieve this goal, we are hiring a Category Manager to take commercial ownership of a dedicated group of automotive spare parts. In this key individual contributor role, you will act as a true business owner responsible for the commercial results, product assortment, and performance metrics of your category. You will conduct deep-dive data analysis, develop and test hypotheses, and collaborate cross-functionally across departments to eliminate blockers and drive annual budget goals.
You will be working towards maximizing overall category revenue and profit while identifying key range gaps and sourcing opportunities using advanced analytics tools like PowerBI and Metabase. You will also form clear requirements for developers and analysts to continuously optimize category performance. This is an exciting opportunity because you will hold direct ownership over key commercial metrics at Europe's leading online automotive platform, giving you a tangible impact on our market leadership and commercial success.
