Emerald Clinical Trials in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an Early Phase Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, manage client communications, budgets and overall study delivery across Phase I–IV programs. You will ensure studies meet GCP standards, regulatory requirements and SOPs while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with global sponsors.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science or related field.
• Approximately seven years of industry experience with 1–2 years in PM.
• Mandarin language proficiency is mandatory.
• Experience with early-phase studies or healthy volunteer studies is a plus.
• Willingness to work APAC hours.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage client communications and sponsor relationships.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting and invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and SOPs.
• Mentor junior project management staff and support staff development.
• Coordinate site selection, feasibility, and study start-up activities.
