Architecture Manager vacancy in Almada Portugal

Senior Architecture Manager As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects in the city of Almada. Your main role will be to manage and lead a team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. You will also be responsible for coordinating with clients, contractors, and government agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals. To excel in this role, you should have a degree in architecture or a related field, along with several years of experience in project management. You must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software is also required. Your duties will include conducting site visits to monitor progress and quality of work, reviewing design plans and specifications, and preparing project budget estimates. You will also be responsible for managing project timelines, identifying potential risks or issues, and implementing corrective actions when needed. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members. An understanding of local building codes and regulations is preferred.
