As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings and structures in the city of Almada You will be working closely with a team of architects engineers and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and according to client specifications

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of architects and engineers in the design and construction process
• Develop project plans budgets and timelines
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
• Oversee the selection of materials equipment and contractors for each project
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
• Ensure compliance with building codes regulations and safety standards
• Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or construction management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients team members and contractors
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Almada
• Proficiency in project management software such as AutoCAD or Revit
