Inetum is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to join an international team responsible for the stability, monitoring, and continuous improvement of critical production environments. The role emphasizes autonomous work, strong analytical skills, and experience in operations, infrastructure management, and production support.

Qualificações

• 2 to 5 years of experience in application support, operational support, or similar roles.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure day-to-day operation, monitoring, and availability of critical applications and production platforms.
• Manage and oversee batch processing workflows using Control-M.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Monitor and support secure file transfer activities using CFT / Connect Express.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery activities, maintenance operations, and planned interventions.
• Collaborate with development, support, and infrastructure teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Maintain operational documentation, CMDB records, and technical procedures.
• Promote and support best practices in automation, observability, security, and DevOps.
