Natixis in Portugal seeks a Senior Anti-Fraud Surveillance Officer to lead controls over rogue trading and internal fraud in CIB market activities. You will oversee surveillance program design, data analytics, and reporting to detect abnormal trading and strengthen governance.

The role requires 5+ years in anti-fraud, collaboration with senior management and cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior officers. The company offers hybrid work, ESG initiatives, and a dynamic global environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in Anti-Fraud: Rogue Trading Controls and Trade Support.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and PowerBI; strong MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead controls regarding rogue trading and internal fraud in CIB market activities.
• Analyze trading activities, communications and alerts to detect abnormal or suspicious trading.
• Investigate daily anomalies and alerts for possible fraud.
• Identify trends indicating high fraud risk and report findings.
• Enhance surveillance program through governance, data analytics and tooling.
• Mentor junior officers and support project leadership when needed.
