Dashlane is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer based in Lisbon. You will join a collaborative Data & Analytics team, bridging deep technical modeling with business strategy to empower decision-making.

You’ll transform analytics into a proactive, AI-enabled function that delivers measurable outcomes and mentors peers across the org. In this hybrid role, you’ll design end-to-end data models, drive self-service adoption, and partner with product, GTM, and stakeholders to maximize ARR, churn

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering or equivalent role.
• Expert in SQL and dbt, designing and maintaining complex data models in production.
• Strong strategic business acumen with understanding of ARR, NRR, churn, and product-led growth.
• Highly consultative stakeholder management; drive initiatives end-to-end.
• Fluent with AI coding platforms (e.g., Claude Code) and integrating GenAI tooling into analytics workflows.
• Autonomous, curious, and able to mentor peers.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsabilidades

• Build and own complex data models within the Unified Data Model.
• Provide proactive, data-driven insights that influence product and GTM decisions.
• Champion self-service analytics and upskill stakeholders for scalable autonomy.
• Pioneer AI data agents and automation to automate reporting and alerting.
• Elevate data governance and quality tests; mentor junior engineers and improve team processes.
