Philip Morris International is seeking a Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence to drive analytics across Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain. You will build scalable BI solutions, optimize data models, and deliver strategic insights through dashboards and reports.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, continuous upskilling, and a hybrid work model in Portugal. Strong experience in SQL, Python, and data platforms is valued.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research, define problems, collect data, and deliver impactful strategic insights
• Proficiency in advanced Excel solutions and comfort with modern data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
• Demonstrated capability in project management, driving timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver impactful analytics solutions that drive Industrial Strategy objectives across Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Develop and govern optimization models, collecting and validating input from key business stakeholders.
• Create and validate scenarios for capacity & demand, cost-to-serve, and resilience purposes supporting business decisions with actionable insights.
• Design and build high-quality reports and dashboards in BI platforms (such as Power BI), ensuring excellent user experience and clear visualizations.
• Analyze and consolidate data from multiple sources, performing deep-dives and translating findings into business value.
• Ensure robust data extraction, validation, and quality assurance for large and complex datasets.
• Partner with business teams to understand priorities, gather requirements, and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Manage projects and timelines, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of analytics outputs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and external partners, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment throughout project lifecycles.
• Continuous improvement and upskilling, staying current with the latest analytics tools and methodologies.
