Mindera is seeking a Senior AI Engineer for AI Systems to own the accelerator core, agent workflows, and evaluation pipelines. You will ensure reliability, observability, and cost control for agentic systems in real-world deployments.

You will design and implement multi-agent architectures, including tool-calling and human-in-the-loop, with a focus on scalable, production-grade AI solutions leveraging LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and CrewAI.

Qualificações

• At least 6 years of professional experience relevant for AI/Software Engineering.
• Ability to deploy a customer-facing app including devops, frontend, backend.
• Experience building a production-grade scalable and responsive app.
• AI SDLC in production experience.
• Deep experience in LLМ application engineering: prompt design, function calling, structured outputs, RAG, vector stores; familiarity with Anthropic and OpenAI APIs.
• Evaluation-driven development as a core habit; treat evals as truth.
• Experience building end-to-end agentic systems that plan, write code, validate output, and improve over time.
• Familiar with orchestration tools (LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI) and judgements on when a lightweight harness beats a framework.
• Working knowledge of at least one cloud data platform and SQL to build eval/verification infra.

Responsabilidades

• The reusable accelerator core and multi-agent workflows.
• Agent design across coding, planning, review, and testing agents with tool-calling and human-in-the-loop where appropriate.
• The evaluation pipelines and telemetry to measure quality and surface regressions.
• Reliability, cost control, and observability for agentic systems in real-world use.
