Job summary

Mindera is seeking a Senior AI Engineer - Applied Data to lead the design and deployment of enterprise agentic AI solutions. You will own secure integrations, model context protocols, and policy enforcement across distributed systems.

You will work across AWS Bedrock, MCP, and CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with engineers and product teams to deliver robust AI platforms. This role requires strong Python, data modeling, and security skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in AI engineering or software engineering.
• Experience building agentic AI solutions and orchestration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of security, governance, and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy complex agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Ensure secure integration between foundation models, data, and tools.
• Implement RBAC, identity propagation, and deterministic policy enforcement.
• Develop, test, and maintain production-grade AI systems and pipelines.
