Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions designs, builds, and operates growth systems for leading brands. The Senior AI Engineer will focus on integrating LLMs, RAG retrieval, agent orchestration, and secure, scalable AI services within the client’s Azure environment.

You will work closely with Solution Architects and Tech Leads to translate target architecture into production-grade AI solutions, while addressing security, observability, and reliability in a distributed enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Experience building retrieval-based AI solutions (RAG).
• Experience with Azure AI services and enterprise Azure environments.
• Understanding of AI security, observability and production reliability.
• Ability to work closely with architects and engineers and contribute to implementation decisions.

Senior AI Engineer needed to design and implement production-grade AI agents and GenAI capabilities within our client's Azure environment.

The opportunity

The role will focus on LLM integration, RAG and context retrieval, agent orchestration, structured outputs, guardrails and evaluation frameworks, working closely with the Solution Architect and Technical Lead to turn the target architecture into reliable, secure and scalable AI services.

• experience with Azure AI services and enterprise Azure environments,
• understanding of AI security, observability and production reliability,
• ability to work closely with architects and engineers and contribute directly to implementation and technical decisions.
