Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and implement production-grade AI agents and GenAI capabilities within client Azure environments. You will focus on LLM integration, RAG, context retrieval, agent orchestration, and secure, scalable AI services.

You will collaborate with Solution Architect and Technical Lead to translate target architecture into reliable systems, delivering structured outputs and robust backend/API integrations across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI and AI agents.
• Experience building RAG and retrieval-based AI solutions.
• Experience with Azure AI services and enterprise Azure environments.
• Understanding of AI security, observability and production reliability.
• Ability to work closely with architects and engineers and contribute to implementation decisions.

Senior AI Engineer needed to design and implement production‑grade AI agents and GenAI capabilities within our client's Azure environment.

The opportunity

The role will focus on LLM integration, RAG and context retrieval, agent orchestration, structured outputs, guardrails and evaluation frameworks, working closely with the Solution Architect and Technical Lead to turn the target architecture into reliable, secure and scalable AI services.
