A Cofco International, com presença global, procura um Senior Accountant para Porto, responsável por reconhecer movimentos bancários e apoiar o encerramento mensal.

O candidato ideal tem formação em Contabilidade/Finanças, inglês fluente e experiência de 4+ anos em contabilidade, com aptidão para trabalhar em ambiente internacional e com SAP. O papel é a tempo integral, com foco em precisão, prazos e melhoria contínua.

Qualificações

• Diploma universitário em Contabilidade/Finanças ou área relacionada.
• Inglês fluente obrigatório; espanhol desejável.
• Experiência de 4+ anos em contabilidade.
• Conhecimentos de normas contabilísticas e princípios.
• Capacidade de gestão de prioridades e multi-tarefa.

Responsabilidades

• Monitorizar e controlar o processo de lançamentos bancários diários.
• Preparar e registar entradas diárias a partir do extrato bancário e informação do razão.
• Colaborar com outras equipes para obter informações necessárias para efetuar os lançamentos bancários.
• Executar reconciliações bancárias mensais.
• Documentar evidências de fecho de mês e suportes.
• Colaborar com outras equipes para fornecer relatórios com base nas entradas contábeis bancárias.
• Melhorar processos relacionados com lançamentos bancários e reconciliações.
• Fornecer formação e apoio à equipa de Contabilidade.
• Preparar e revisar o fluxo de caixa intercompanhias no fecho de mês.
• Prestar assistência ao Team Lead.
• Executar outras funções/relatórios conforme necessário.

Job Purpose

To ensure that allbank movements are correctly recognized and duly supported in the accounting books.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily monitoring and controlling on the bank posting process;
• Prepare and record daily bank entries by compiling and analysing bank statement and G/L account information;
• To collaborate with other teams to get the necessary information to proceed with bank postings;
• Responsible for the execution of the monthly bank reconciliations;
• To document month end bank evidences and supports;
• To collaborate with other teams to provide reports based on the bank accounting entries;
• Continuous improvement processes related to bank postings and bank reconciliations;
• Provide training and support to team’s Accountants
• Prepare and review intercompany cash flow position at month end
• Provide assistance to the Team Lead
• Perform other reporting duties or ad-hoc tasks as required by the line manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualifications in Accounting/Finance/Economy or related discipline;
• Fluent in English (mandatory) and Spanish (preferable);
• SAP experience (preferable);
• 4+ years’ experience in the Accounting field;
• Ability to multitask and set priorities;
• Knowledge of accounting standards and principles;
• Cultural awareness and working in international environment;
