Jolera is seeking a Security Platform Engineer to design, implement, and operate enterprise security platforms that enable proactive threat detection and managed security services. The role blends hands-on engineering with customer-facing delivery, including onboarding, integration, incident resolution, and continuous service improvement across complex environments.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity platform administration.
• Hands-on with CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, Proofpoint, and SIEM.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security, identity security, and email security.
• Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish; English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain enterprise security platforms including CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365 Security, Proofpoint, and SIEM solutions.
• Lead end-to-end client onboarding activities, including solution design, deployment, configuration, and validation.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents to ensure containment and recovery.
• Perform threat analysis, root cause analysis, and provide remediation recommendations.
• Handle customer support tickets and escalations while meeting SLA expectations.
• Design and implement security monitoring, detection rules, dashboards, and automation.
• Collaborate with customers to understand security requirements and best practices.
• Conduct platform health checks, upgrades, tuning, and optimization.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
• Work with SOC analysts, engineering teams, and vendors to resolve complex issues.
