Job summary

Syensqo in Lisbon is seeking a Product Stewardship professional to author SDSs and product labels for worldwide distribution. You will maintain regulatory alignment with UN guidelines and stay current on local regulations through SAP-EHS tools.

The role emphasizes hazard assessment, cross-functional collaboration, and autonomy to manage updates and distribution accuracy in a global framework.

Qualifications

• Author local SDSs and product labels following guidelines for worldwide distribution.
• Ensure SDS aligns with reference documents per UN recommendations.
• Conduct hazard and regulatory assessments; update SDS with changes.
• Develop expertise in local SDS regulations and in SAP-EHS.
• Manage SDS distribution errors.

Responsibilities

• Create and update local SDSs and labels following guidances, for all requested new versions and updates.
• Maintain the consistency with the SDS of reference, based on United Nations recommendations.
• Conduct hazard (health, physical, and environmental) and regulatory assessments; Assess the impact of changes in the SDSs and add information about changes in the document.
• Build and maintain expertise in Country/Local SDS regulations and in SAP-EHS tool.
• Manage SDS distribution errors.
