We are seeking a Scrum Master to enhance our team in the Social & Healthcare Unit, supporting the management of the Education Project.

Role Description

You will be responsible for facilitating sprint planning, managing user stories, and collaborating closely with the software development team. Day-to-day tasks will include removing impediments, ensuring effective communication among team members, and leveraging analytical skills to support team progress and performance.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Sprint Planning and User Stories
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with Software Development processes and methodologies
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Certification as a SCRUM Master (mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
