Körber Supply Chain in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Scrum Master to lead 2-3 international teams and coordinate with fellow Scrum Masters to optimize the development process. You will manage Scrum ceremonies, ensure artifact transparency, and promote agile practices while supporting the Product Owner in backlog management.

Qualificações

• Proven track record applying agile methods, preferably Scrum.
• Experience in scaled agile models like LeSS or SAFe.
• Experience in international cross-entity projects.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) is ideal.
• Strong communication and moderation skills.
• High initiative and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Keen on continuous development and learning new things.
• Solid understanding of agile software development basics.
• Excellent knowledge of DevOps, Miro and JIRA.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and motivate 2-3 international teams.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters for collaboration.
• Continuously optimize the entire development process.
• Take responsibility for Scrum process and its implementation.
• Organize and moderate all relevant Scrum meetings.
• Ensure quality management requirements in the agile process.
• Maintain transparency of Scrum artifacts (Product/ Sprint Backlogs, Burndown).
• Monitor compliance with Scrum practices and support adoption.
• Establish and promote agile practices in the team.
• Support the Product Owner in efficient backlog management.
