Körber is seeking an Agile Coach and IT Process Lead for IT Applications to own and optimize internal IT processes across locations, driving transparency, efficiency and standardization. You will lead cross-location teams, promote agile values, and enable high-performing IT services that support business success.

You will guide change, establish governance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and empowerment in a dynamic international environment, hybrid working model

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in IT process management and IT leadership.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, agile methodologies and modern IT delivery models.
• Proven leadership in international or multi-location environments.
• Ability to guide large teams and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication, assertiveness and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own, design, and continuously improve internal IT processes within the IT Applications domain.
• Ensure process alignment across locations and promote a unified operating model.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance tracking.
• Promote compliance with ITIL principles and internal policies.
• Introduce and mature Kanban Flight Levels using Jira across teams.
