Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to guide agile teams across projects, ensuring efficient delivery and continuous improvement. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and drive KPI reporting in a multinational context.

This role offers a hybrid work model (2/3 days on site) in Lisbon with a focus on collaboration across stakeholders, strong ethics, and ongoing professional development through Aubay's training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior Scrum Master with 5+ years in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their practical application.
• Proficient in Jira, Excel, and MS Office; reporting with Power BI.
• Fluent in French and English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Identify and proactively remove impediments to ensure team productivity and smooth project flow.
• Monitor project delivery, track timelines, and report on key performance indicators.
• Coach and mentor teams on Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and best practices.
• Promote effective communication, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts among stakeholders.
• Produce, monitor, and report on Jira KPIs and overall project performance.

What will you do?
