Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon seeks a Scrum Master to support multidisciplinary teams in adopting Agile practices and driving value delivery. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes strong communication, conflict resolution, and experience with Agile tooling and digital transformation initiatives. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote continuous improvement through analysis of metrics and feedback.
• Work closely with Product Owners, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Ensure transparency and visibility regarding progress of initiatives.

• Support change management and Agile transformation.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions between teams.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Good command of English.

NICE TO HAVE

• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).
• Experience in digital transformation environments.
• Knowledge of Kanban, SAFe, Lean, or other Agile methodologies.
• Experience with software development and/or infrastructure teams.
• Background in Management, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
