Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Find your place at Amaris Consulting as a SCRUM Master for one of our main partners, for a hybrid position based in Lisbon.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Facilitate and guide the Scrum process to ensure team alignment with Agile principles.
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews).
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure the team’s delivery aligns with business goals.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions to maintain focus on delivery.
• Track progress through metrics like burndown charts and provide actionable insights to the team.

WHAT WE WANT

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Solid understanding of software development processes and life cycles.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Nice to have:
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles.
