Timestamp Group in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Senior Scrum Master with over 5 years of experience to lead Scrum and Kanban practices across multiple teams in an on-site capacity.

You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams on Agile values, remove impediments, and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to improve delivery and transparency. The role emphasizes delivering measurable improvements in flow and predictability while fostering a collaborative, healthy team environment.

Qualificações

• More than 5 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams with different dimensions and experience.
• Proven ability to work with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Apply Scrum and Kanban principles to improve team flow and delivery predictability.
• Coordinate several teams with varying sizes and maturity levels.
• Clarify requirements with Product Owners and align priorities.
• Promote transparency and collaboration among development teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting delivery.
• Coach teams on Agile values and continuous improvement.
• Monitor progress using metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support dependency management and risk escalation across teams.
• Encourage a healthy, autonomous, cross-functional work environment.
• Contribute to ongoing Agile delivery improvements across the organization.

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master with more than 5 years of experience working with Scrum and Kanban.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Apply Scrum and Kanban principles to improve team flow, delivery predictability and continuous improvement.
• Manage and coordinate several teams with different sizes, structures and levels of maturity.
• Work closely with Product Owners to clarify requirements, align priorities and support decision-making.
• Promote a shared understanding between development teams, Product Owners, stakeholders and other delivery functions.
• Identify and remove impediments that affect team performance and delivery.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile values, Scrum practices, Kanban principles and continuous improvement.
• Monitor delivery progress, workflow and team metrics, using data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support dependency management, risk escalation and coordination across teams.
• Encourage transparency, accountability, collaboration and a healthy team environment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile delivery practices across the organisation.

Required Skills & Experience

• More than 5 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong practical experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience supporting and coordinating multiple teams with different dimensions and levels of experience.
• Proven ability to work effectively with Product Owners and other stakeholders.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish shared understanding, clarify complex topics and facilitate alignment.
• Experience identifying and resolving impediments, dependencies and delivery risks.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, servant leadership and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in Portuguese and advanced in English., both written and spoken.
• Nice to Have Relevant Scrum Master certifications.
• Experience working in scaled Agile or multi-team environments.
• Experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar.
• Experience coaching organisations through Agile transformation and process improvement.
