Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Senior SAP VIM Consultant to join one of our major clients, a global leader in digital transformation leveraging SAP and enterprise automation. This role focuses on optimizing finance and procurement processes through SAP VIM and related SAP technologies.

You will work on complex invoice automation initiatives, design and implement VIM solutions, and collaborate with Finance and IT teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in SAP consulting or SAP development with OpenText VIM.
• Strong SAP ABAP/ABAP OO, BAdIs, user exits, debugging, workflow development.
• Knowledge of SAP MM/FI, Procure-to-Pay, invoice verification, AP and SAP Workflow.
• Experience with OCR technologies and S/4HANA migration is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve incidents in live OpenText VIM solutions, ensuring business continuity and system stability.
• Support change requests, upgrades, support packages and S/4HANA conversion activities, including testing and validation.
• Design, develop and enhance SAP VIM solutions, including workflows, approval processes, document types and business rules.
• Act as a trusted advisor for Finance and Procurement stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable SAP solutions.

What you will do:

• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve incidents in live OpenText VIM solutions, ensuring business continuity and system stability;
• Support change requests, upgrades, support packages and S/4HANA conversion activities, including testing and validation;
• Design, develop and enhance SAP VIM solutions, including workflows, approval processes, document types and business rules;
• Act as a trusted advisor for Finance and Procurement stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable SAP solutions.

What you are like:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance Systems or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP consulting or SAP development, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM);
• Strong experience with SAP ABAP/ABAP OO, BAdIs, user exits, debugging, workflow development and enhancement techniques;
• Solid knowledge of SAP MM/FI, Procure-to-Pay processes, invoice verification, Accounts Payable and SAP Business Workflow;
• Experience with OCR technologies, invoice capture solutions, exception handling and S/4HANA migration projects will be considered a plus;
