Role Description
- Deliver business systems solutions by executing projects from end to end, running workshops, and performing tasks including requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, process documentation, and system configuration.
- Own the technical activities like data migration, cutover activities, and admin tasks.
- Prepare technical documents, including workbooks and test scenarios based on the design.
- Work closely with the customer on testing and training sessions.
- Track the progress of the technical build and communicate the progress with the Project Manager(s).
- Collaborate across other application areas and/or other facing products that integrate with SAP SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities
As a SuccessFactors Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules to optimize our clients' HR processes, especially in those areas. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding based on business requirements and best practices.
- Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of key Recruiting and Onboarding functions such as template forms, business rules, workflows, dynamic roles, and RBP.
- Feature rollout: monitor SAP SuccessFactors updates and lead the successful implementation of new features and functionalities, communicating to stakeholders.
- Work with external strategic partners to transition deliverables from build to run.
- Global leadership & advisory: serve as the global strategic advisor for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0, offering level-driven guidance.
- HR Transformation: lead the development and implementation of efficient, scalable, and automated HR system processes across global operations.
- Coordinate system maintenance with internal support teams via the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- SAP SF Recruiting and/or Onboarding 2.0 Certification.
- Substantial experience driving client solutions and implementation experience with large-scale Recruiting/Onboarding 2.0 software deployments (internal program owner or external consultant).
- Expert product knowledge with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting/Onboarding and interdependencies with EC and other HCM solutions such as Talent Management.
- 5–7 years’ experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Onboarding modules.
- Consolidated experience in international REC/ONB projects across several countries and at least 7 full lifecycle implementations in global companies within the above module.
- Hands-on experience in workflow optimization and automation (design, configuration, testing, deployment).
- Solid understanding of Onboarding forms, role-based permissions, data governance, and reporting within SuccessFactors.
- Working knowledge of integrations to other solutions in general and overall.
- Strong product knowledge of SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytical Solutions is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and oral) with strong communication skills to credibly present recommendations at senior levels.
