Job summary

Hubclub Go in Lisbon seeks a skilled SAP Authorizations specialist to manage user access, design roles, and maintain security across SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and BW/BI environments. You will lead provisioning, perform access reviews, and support audits within Finance-focused deployments.

Ideal candidates have hands-on SAP Authorization experience, knowledge of SoD and ITGC, and familiarity with ServiceNow/ChaRM for change management and ticketing. English communication at B2 level is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP Authorizations and design.
• Experience with SAP single/composite roles and access provisioning.
• Knowledge of SAP landscape, Finance modules, data flows and integration.
• Understanding of SAP security, SoD, ITGC and audit/compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting SAP deployments, preferably Finance with S/4HANA, Fiori and BW/BI.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP user accounts, access permissions and authorization roles.
• Conduct access reviews, identify security risks and propose actions.
• Design and maintain SAP authorization profiles and roles.
• Troubleshoot authorization issues and provide end-user support.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance users to align role design with business needs.
• Support SAP security audits and ITGC/SoD mitigation.
• Document security incidents and maintain access management procedures.
• Deliver user training and support SAP projects in large-scale deployments.
• Work with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, BW/BI, and ECC environments.
• Utilize ServiceNow and ChaRM along with Excel/Sheets.
