Recruit 121 Group is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Senior Consultant O2C to lead the O2C workstream on a major SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role combines hands-on functional expertise with team leadership, stakeholder management, and solution design throughout the project lifecycle.

You will oversee requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and UAT, while mentoring a team of SAP functional consultants and collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain to deliver

Qualificações

• 6+ years of SAP implementation experience.
• ≥4 years hands-on SAP O2C (SD) experience.
• Led or mentored SAP functional consultants.
• Experience in at least two SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Expertise in SD Settlement Management, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Fluent Portuguese and professional Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end O2C workstream, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP functional consultants.
• Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain to deliver effective SAP solutions.
• Support change management initiatives and user training activities.
• Contribute to project governance through status reporting, risk management, and milestone tracking.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of SAP implementation experience.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience within SAP O2C (SAP SD).
• Experience delivering a minimum of two SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Proven experience as a Senior Functional Consultant or Team Lead with responsibility for mentoring or leading consultants.
• Strong expertise in SAP SD Settlement Management, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Fluent Portuguese and professional working proficiency in Spanish.
