Randstad Portugal seeks a skilled SAP O2C Specialist to join a key client project. You will serve as the SAP SD subject matter expert, manage O2C processes, and drive improvements across the SAP landscape.

Strong hands-on troubleshooting and project management experience are required, with fluency in English to collaborate with global teams. A CS/Engineering-related degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualificações

• : Strong knowledge of SAP SD including Sales, Pricing, Billing and Delivery
• : Experience as SAP O2C Service Owner or similar role
• : Hands-on SAP system troubleshooting and problem resolution
• : Project management skills with ability to plan and execute projects on time
• : Fluent in English and able to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
• : Degree preferred but not required in CS/Engineering or related field

We are looking to hire a SAP O2C Specialist to join one of our teams for a key client.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning and execution of O2C related projects;
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the SAP SD module, providing guidance and support to key users and SAP functional specialists;
• Manage and maintain the SAP O2C environment;
• Work with SAP functional experts to analyze and resolve technical issues, as well as implement new functionalities and improvements;
• Create and maintain documentation for O2C processes.

Skills/Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the SAP SD module and related areas, including Sales, Pricing, Billing, and Delivery;
• Proven experience as an SAP O2C Service Owner or in a similar position;
• Hands‑on experience with SAP system troubleshooting and problem resolution;
• Project management skills with the ability to plan and execute projects in a timely manner;
• Fluent language skills in English and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
