Bauer Media Audio – Portugal is expanding its SAP Centre of Excellence in Lisbon and is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Authorisation & BASIS Specialist. You will ensure secure access, maintain roles and support SAP environments across Europe.

You'll collaborate with cross-country teams, manage transports, SoD and governance, and help optimise licensing and platform operations.

Qualificações

• Strong SAP S/4HANA Authorisations and Security experience.
• Experience with SAP BASIS administration and platform support.
• Understanding governance, compliance and Segregation of Duties principles.
• Experience working with cross-country stakeholders and service management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage SAP S/4HANA authorisations, roles and access controls.
• Maintain SAP Fiori roles, catalogues, spaces and pages.
• Support SoD and audit requirements.
• Provide SAP BASIS administration and operational support.
• Manage transports, certificates and system connectivity.
• Troubleshoot access, security and platform-related issues.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams across multiple countries.
• Support SAP licensing optimisation through user and access analysis.

Our SAP Centre of Excellence is a collaborative, process-driven team of specialists who focus on delivering reliable services, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the smooth operation of business-critical systems. As part of this international SAP community, you will work closely with colleagues in Portugal, Poland and the UK supporting Finance and People business functions.

As our SAP S/4HANA Authorisation & BASIS Specialist, you will act as a key technical expert across SAP security and BASIS administration, ensuring users have the right access, systems remain stable and secure, and governance standards are consistently maintained.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP specialists and external partners to manage authorisations, support SAP environments, resolve complex issues, and drive improvements across our SAP landscape.

Your Role

• Managing SAP S/4HANA authorisations, roles and access controls
• Maintaining SAP Fiori roles, catalogues, spaces and pages
• Supporting Segregation of Duties (SoD) and audit requirements
• Providing SAP BASIS administration and operational support
• Managing transports, certificates and system connectivity
• Troubleshooting access, security and platform-related issues
• Supporting ongoing system improvements and optimisation activities
• Collaborating with technical and business teams across multiple countries
• Support SAP licensing optimisation through user and access analysis

The Skills You Will Bring

• Strong SAP S/4HANA Authorisations and Security experience
• SAP BASIS administration knowledge
• Understanding of governance, compliance and Segregation of Duties principles
• Experience managing and resolving complex SAP access issues
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working within service management processes
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
• English language (professional proficiency minimum)

Nice to have

• SAP GRC Access Control experience
• SAP BTP administration knowledge
• International shared services or CoE experience
• German and/or Portuguese communication to professional proficiency

Working Pattern / Location

This role is based in Lisbon and follows a hybrid working model: 4 days in the office and 1 from home. This is a permanent position.
