Hubclub Go is seeking a Junior SAP Basis & IT Governance Specialist to join an international IT environment. You will strengthen SAP Basis, access management and IT governance while contributing to SAP projects.

This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who wants hands-on experience in SAP ERP operations, user and role management, system monitoring, and governance processes.

Qualificações

• Degree in IT, Information Systems or a similar field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in SAP Basis, IT Support, IT Governance or Access Management.
• Knowledge of SAP Basis fundamentals, SAP user/role/authorization management, and system monitoring.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Support and monitor the SAP ERP environment in collaboration with an external provider.
• Manage SAP users, roles and authorizations.
• Support patching, system maintenance, archiving and SAP Basis activities at 2nd/3rd level.
• Participate in SAP projects and IT Audit initiatives.
• Define and improve governance processes within the Enterprise Architecture tool.
• Manage user access and provide user support.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and access policies.

Your responsibilities

• Support and monitor the SAP ERP environment in collaboration with an external provider

What we are looking for

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ticketing / ITSM tools
