Job summary

Hexa People in Porto, Portugal is seeking a senior SAP Finance consultant to design and deliver the global core R2R model. You will work with finance stakeholders, country SMEs, and our implementation partner to ensure a clean, standards-based core and smooth global deployment.

The role requires deep SAP S/4HANA Finance knowledge, proven experience in global transformation, and strong business partnering, with fluency in English; French or Italian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance / R2R.
• Proven background in global transformation or template rollout programs.
• Solid knowledge of General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Tax and Audit Reporting, Financial Reporting, Internal Controls.
• SAP FI-CO configuration skills.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
• Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with implementation partners in complex programs.
• Fluent English required; French or Italian is a plus.
