Job summary

Loop Future seeks an experienced SAP PP Consultant to optimize Production Planning and Production Control within an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment. You will assess current configurations, engage with production teams to identify bottlenecks, and define practical improvements aligned to business needs.

You will collaborate with technical teams, partners, and SAP areas to deliver enhancements, support testing and deployment, and set priorities for ongoing SAP optimization in manufacturing

Qualifications

• Strong experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with a focus on Production Planning (PP) and production control.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end production planning processes in manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience reviewing and improving an existing SAP implementation, particularly after go-live.

Responsibilities

• Review the current Production Planning and Production Control processes and how they are supported in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Work closely with production teams to understand planning issues, bottlenecks and operational needs.
• Analyse the existing implementation, identify root causes and define the process or system improvements required.
• Configure and optimise SAP Production Planning (PP) based on the needs identified.
• Translate evolving business needs into clear functional requirements and priorities.
• Coordinate with technical teams, implementation partners and related SAP areas to deliver enhancements.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment and validation of the improvements implemented.
• Recommend next steps and priorities for the continued improvement of the SAP environment.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant to help our client improve their current SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment. Following a recent implementation, the focus will be on reviewing Production Planning and Production Control, understanding the issues the business is facing, and identifying what needs to be improved. The requirements are not fully defined, so we need someone who can analyse the current setup, challenge where needed, and turn business needs into practical SAP improvements.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end production planning processes in manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience reviewing and improving an existing SAP implementation, particularly after go-live.
• Experience configuring SAP PP and working with technical teams or implementation partners on enhancements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work where the initial requirements are not fully defined.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with a consultative approach and fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of MM/WM/EWM and FI/CO integration, or experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, defence, aerospace or electronics environments.
