A consulting firm is seeking an experienced SAP MM/IM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA. The role involves supporting supply chain processes in the Life Sciences sector and requires a minimum of 5 years' experience with at least 1 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GxP compliance and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. This position is remote with occasional travel.

SAP MM/IM Consultant – S/4HANA

Location: Europe (remote with ocassional travel to client site)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP MM/IM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA to support and enhance supply chain processes in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulated environments and a track record of delivering SAP solutions that meet GxP compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support MM (Materials Management) and IM (Inventory Management) functional design and implementation within S/4HANA.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions aligned with industry best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, goods receipt, inventory control, and batch management.

• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, FDA, EMA) and maintain validated state of SAP systems.

• Support integration with other SAP modules (e.g., WM, EWM, SD, PP, QM).

• Provide expertise during testing, training, go-live, and hypercare phases.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an SAP MM/IM Consultant, with at least 1 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation.

• Strong knowledge of MM and IM processes, configurations, and best practices in S/4HANA.

• Demonstrable experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry, ideally within a validated environment.

• Understanding of GxP, CSV (Computer System Validation), and regulatory compliance.
